A Russell Group Graduate joining this school will be working across KS3‑KS5, supporting students with Autism (ASD) and MLD to access learning, build independence, and develop confidence in a structured, nurturing environment. This is a long‑term role from September 2026 to July 2027, giving any Russell Group Graduate consistency, training, and real classroom development over a full academic year.
