Ribbons and Reeves are working alongside a high-achieving Primary School in Southwark that is looking to appoint a NVQ Level 3 Early Years Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately.

Salary and Contract:

  • £530 – £580 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, on a long-term basis
  • Contract term: January 2026 – July 2026
  • Opportunity to become a permanent member of staff or progress within education and SEN support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils across EYFS and KS1
  • Supporting children with SEND, including speech
