This specialist SEND school in South London is seeking a compassionate and experienced PMLD Teacher to join its dedicated team. Supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex additional needs, the school provides a highly personalised learning environment where communication, sensory development, independence and wellbeing are central to every pupil's progress.

What the Role Involves:
You will plan and deliver a highly personalised curriculum based around each pupil's individual needs and EHCP outcomes. You will use sensory, practical and communication-based approaches to support engagement, independence and development, while working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families. You will also play an important role in creating a calm, safe and stimulating classroom where progress is recognised in all its forms.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience teaching pupils with PMLD, SLD, complex needs or within a specialist SEND setting.
