An ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Croydon is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Literacy Teaching Assistant to join its supportive team, helping primary aged students to develop their literacy skills and reach their full potential.
Literacy Teaching Assistant – The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them to develop their literacy skills
- Play a key role in supporting students’ academic and personal development
- A Literacy Teaching Assistant who wants to play a key role in students’ development
- Engage, motivate and build positive relationships with students across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
The ideal Literacy Teaching Assistant will:
- Have obtained a First-Class degree from a top UK University
- Have excellent literacy skills
- A confident and enthusiastic Literacy Teaching Assistant with a strong desire to support children and help them achieve their full potential
