Cover Teacher | The Role
- Cover classes when teachers are absent
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
- Maintain routines, behaviour and engagement
- Adapt confidently across different year groups
- Support pupils with learning, confidence and progress
- Work closely with teachers and senior leaders
Cover Teacher | Candidate Requirements
- QTS required
- Primary teaching or cover experience required
- Confident managing a classroom independently
- Strong behaviour management
- Reliable, adaptable and professional
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred
