This specialist Pupil Referral Unit in the London Borough of Newham is looking to appoint a motivated and resilient PRU Science Teacher on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. What the Role Involves:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting learning to suit individual needs and abilities. As a PRU Science Teacher, you will use practical and engaging teaching strategies to rebuild confidence in learning while working collaboratively with pastoral staff, Behaviour Mentors and external professionals to support each student’s wider development.

The successful PRU Science Teacher will hold QTS and have experience teaching Science within secondary education. Previous experience in PRU, SEMH or Alternative Provision settings would be highly advantageous.
