Vincere is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester as a Learning Support Assistant from September. You will support pupils with SEND, helping them engage with learning and build confidence within a supportive classroom.
You will work with teachers, the SENDCo and support staff to provide tailored help, including one-to-one and small-group sessions, fostering a nurturing environment where pupils can develop independence and reach their potential.
