- Working closely with the Middle School Principal and Math department
International School Math Teacher | The Role
- Teach four sections of Grade 7 Math
- Plan, teach and assess alongside a grade-level teaching partner
- Coordinate curriculum with the wider Math department
- Monitor student progress, prepare for parent conferences and complete reports
- Use an inquiry-based approach to teaching mathematics
- Support students’ academic, social and emotional development as a Grade 7 Advisor
- Contribute to advisory provision, school events, field trips and wider school life
International School Math Teacher | Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Substantive full-time experience teaching Middle School Math
- Strong understanding of differentiation and student-centred learning
- Experience supporting pupils as an Advisor or mentor
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaboration
- Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare
- Experience with Common Core Math, CMP or Building Thinking Classrooms is desirable
