Responsibilities | Graduate SEND TA:
- Support students with autism and additional needs in 1:1 and small-group settings
- Assist across subjects including Maths, Art, Photography, Psychology and Science
- Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams to support student wellbeing and confidence
- Build positive relationships that help students thrive socially, emotionally and academically
Requirements | Graduate SEND TA:
- Psychology graduates with strong Maths, Science or Art knowledge
- Maths, Science or Art graduates with an interest in neurodevelopment and SEND
- Graduates with strong A-Level results in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology, including an A or A* in at least one of these subjects
- Individuals with a genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and inclusive education
