The Role:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching to pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
  • Provide structured support to help pupils regulate emotions and engage in learning

  • Help establish a safe, consistent and inclusive new provision
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Primary-Trained Teacher with QTS
  • Experience in SEMH, PRUs, alternative provision, or similar settings (or strong interest in transitioning into this area)
  • Calm, resilient and confident managing complex behaviour
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ambition to help shape and develop a new specialist provision
