London's leading schools are seeking recent graduates for a Behaviour and Learning Mentor role! If you are a recent graduate and are looking to gain experience as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor, whether that be for career clarification or in preparation for your next step, this graduate scheme will support you in that process.

Role: Behaviour and Learning Mentor

Salary: £450-£530 PW

Contract: Full-time, 1-year (with the potential to extend for the right candidate or Teacher Training)

Behaviour and Learning Mentor Role

  • Work closely with other professionals to support students in mainstream settings.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Benefit from professional development opportunities like teacher training and gaining QTS.

Behaviour and Learning Mentor Requirements

  • Hold a 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Child-centred experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping young people succeed.

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary role, with potential for a permanent position.
  • Safeguarding is a priority: All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and vetting procedures in line with DfE guidance and Teaching Personnel policies.
