We’re looking for an experienced education recruiter who can manage a desk independently, drive billings, and lead by example. This role offers outstanding earning potential, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to contribute to rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of billing in education recruitment
• Self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to manage a desk confidently
• Positive contributor to team culture and servant‑leadership style
• Comfortable making sales calls, handling objections, and winning business
• Skilled at creating engaging video and written content for marketing
• Resilient and consistent in a fast‑paced environment
• Ambitious about growing portfolio, earnings, and future leadership potential
