Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support across the school day.
- Help pupils develop confidence, resilience, emotional awareness and positive learning behaviours.
- Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, pastoral staff, families and external professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Calm, patient, emotionally intelligent and committed to safeguarding.
- Reliable, proactive and confident supporting vulnerable pupils with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.
- Previous experience with children, SEND, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, care or mental health support is highly desirable.
- Suited for a graduate serious about progressing into Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Therapy or Teaching.
