Qualifications & Requirements

  • Calm, patient, emotionally intelligent and committed to safeguarding.
  • Reliable, proactive and confident supporting vulnerable pupils with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Previous experience with children, SEND, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, care or mental health support is highly desirable.
  • Suited for a graduate serious about progressing into Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Therapy or Teaching.
