As a SEND TA, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small‐group support to students with SEND
- Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility
- Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team

This SEND TA role requires someone who is calm, patient, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Previous experience in a SEND TA role or similar support capacity is essential.
