Are you an enthusiastic Sixth Form Mentor with a clear track record of supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Sixth Form students, supporting study skills, attendance, UCAS applications, and post-18 pathways within a structured and ambitious school environment.

- Initial contract from April to August
The Role:
- Support students in developing effective study habits, independent learning, and time management
- Mentor students and supervise structured private study sessions
- Provide guidance on UCAS applications, personal statements, and post-18 pathways
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external providers to support academic progress and wellbeing
- Contribute to enrichment opportunities, including EPQ support and work experience coordination
- Support students at risk of disengagement, ensuring they remain focused and on track
