A specialist education provider is seeking an SEN Outreach Lead to support children and young people with SEND who are unable to access traditional school settings. This hybrid role combines educational oversight, case management, stakeholder engagement, and tutor support, making it an excellent opportunity for SEN Teachers, SENDCos, Inclusion Leads, Outreach Teachers, and experienced Tutors looking for their next challenge.

The Role

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND
  • Allocate, support, and quality assure Outreach Tutors delivering personalised programmes
  • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, Local Authorities, and external professionals
  • Monitor learner engagement, attendance, progress, and educational outcomes
  • Support curriculum planning and ensure provision remains learner-centred and impactful
  • Coordinate reviews, meetings, and communication between stakeholders
