The Role
- Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND
- Allocate, support, and quality assure Outreach Tutors delivering personalised programmes
- Build strong relationships with parents, schools, Local Authorities, and external professionals
- Monitor learner engagement, attendance, progress, and educational outcomes
- Support curriculum planning and ensure provision remains learner-centred and impactful
- Coordinate reviews, meetings, and communication between stakeholders
