A large, highly successful and over-subscribed school in Redbridge is seeking to appoint a professional and organised School Receptionist to join a dedicated team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with strong administrative and interpersonal skills to play a key role in a busy school environment.
As a School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office. The successful School Receptionist will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school through high-quality administrative support.
Responsibilities- Provide a professional and friendly reception service
- Manage phone calls, emails and visitor enquiries efficiently
- Support administrative tasks across the school office
- Maintain accurate records using school systems such as SIMS
- Work closely with staff, parents and external agencies
