Recruitment Consultant | Central London

Ribbons & Reeves are an Education Recruitment specialist, based in London Liverpool Street, and we are looking for a vibrant, proactive new Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!

  • Recruitment Consultant
  • Base salary starts at £30,000, increasing depending on experience
  • Realistic earnings in first year to DOUBLE basic salary
  • Uncapped Bonus Structure, with no threshold to get over before earning bonus/commission
  • Clear promotion criteria from Day 1, through the transparent Ribbons & Reeves Career Pathway
  • Experienced Recruiters and people with proven Sales experience are encouraged to apply
  • Inexperienced applicants will be considered for Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles (base salary is £27,500)
