The Role You will work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils across a range of subjects , helping them overcome barriers to learning and re-engage with education. You will: Support pupils across a range of subject-specific lessons Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support Help pupils remain focused, engaged and ready to learn Support pupils with SEMH, behavioural and additional learning needs Build positive relationships while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries Assist teachers with differentiated activities and classroom resources Support pupils with emotional regulation and confidence Encourage independence, resilience and positive attitudes towards learning Contribute to individual pupil support and progress Work closely with teaching, pastoral and SEN teams About You
