A well-established secondary school in Potters Bar is looking for a Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. You will cover 1-2 lessons per day, ensuring students remain focused and engaged, and work as a Teaching Assistant when not covering lessons.

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Cover lessons across Years 7-11, following the work and resources provided by the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
- Support students with their learning and provide additional help where needed.
- Work as a Teaching Assistant when not covering lessons, supporting teachers and students across the school.
