Your Role as a Psychology Graduate
As a Psychology Graduate, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 1 child with autism (ASD), ADHD and challenging behaviour, while also gaining experience within the school's autism provision.
Your responsibilities will include:
Psychology Graduate | Full-Time, Term Time Only
Immediate start β July 2027
Β£460+ per week PAYE
Providing 1:1 support to a Year 1 child with ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour
Developing and maintaining a positive, trusting relationship with the child
Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with SEND
Using a child-centred and consistent approach to support individual needs
