HLTA | Role Summary:
- Support teaching and learning across Reception to Year 6
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher or during PPA cover
- Lead small group interventions and contribute to planning where appropriate
- Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
HLTA | Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of one year's experience working in a UK primary school as a Primary Teacher
- Holds QTS or meets HLTA professional standards through relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
- Confident leading a class and managing behaviour effectively
- Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teaching staff
- Ideally looking to continue developing their career in education, with an interest in training as a teacher in the future
