About this SEND Teaching Assistant role
Join a highly supportive and inclusive school in Cambridge with excellent transport links via the Central Line.
Gain valuable school-based experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD and SEMH.
Work closely with experienced SEND professionals including Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and SENDCOs.
Provide 1:1 and small group support in both mainstream and specialist classroom settings.
Excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in education, psychology, therapy or social care.
We are looking for graduates who
Have experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, care or voluntary work.
Are patient, proactive and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Want to build long-term experience within a school environment.
Can commit full-time from September and are available to trial immediately.
