Are you an enthusiastic Sixth Form Learning Mentor with a passion for helping students succeed? This role offers the chance to support students' study skills, attendance, and university preparation in a rewarding Sixth Form environment.

The Role:

  • Support students in developing study skills, independent learning, and effective time management
  • Mentor students and supervise private study sessions
  • Guide students through university applications and personal statements
  • Contribute to enrichment programs and assist with the EPQ
  • Support students at risk of disengaging to stay motivated and achieve their potential
  • Maintain positive behaviour and learning environments by setting clear expectations and supporting students in making responsible choices

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any subject from a top 20 UK university
  • Confident and capable of working effectively with Sixth Form students
