This role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health needs. Staff work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to ensure pupils receive consistent and personalised support throughout the school day.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide one-to-one and small-group support within the classroom, helping pupils access learning, build confidence and regulate emotions. This role would suit aspiring SEN Teachers, Educational Psychologists or Speech & Language Therapists.
