The Role

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND

  • Monitor learner engagement, attendance, progress, and educational outcomes
  • Support curriculum planning and ensure provision remains learner-centred and impactful
  • Coordinate reviews, meetings, and communication with stakeholders
