A nurturing and well-resourced specialist setting in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher (EYFS/KS1) to join its supportive team from September 2026, or earlier if possible. Role Overview:- Teach pupils within EYFS/KS1 in a specialist setting
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Work closely with dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to provide consistent, targeted support
- Support pupils in developing independence, communication skills, and confidence
- Monitor progress against EHCP targets and adapt provision accordingly
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- UK QTS would be necessary
- Experience working within EYFS and/or KS1, ideally with SEN pupils
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and SEND
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching
- Passion for supporting children to grow in independence and confidence
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
