At Ribbons & Reeves, we are working with an established bilingual nursery group across South East and East London to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3). This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where children thrive through play-based learning in a bilingual environment. German language skills are preferred, but not essential.

Role

As a Qualified Early Years Educator, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education while supporting children's learning through engaging, play-based activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning and development
  • Encouraging communication in both English and German where appropriate
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Monitoring children's progress and contributing to learning journals
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
  • Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Ideal Candidate
  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Have essential experience working within a nursery setting
  • Be passionate about Early Years education
  • Be warm, caring and proactive
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player
  • Speak German (preferred, but not essential)
  • Be committed to providing outstanding care and education
