Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant seeking a fresh opportunity in a newly established setting? A high-performing Trust is opening new nursery provisions in Bexley this September, as part of a major national investment into early years education. Based within established Primary Schools, these settings are designed to improve access to high-quality childcare and support children from the very start of their education.

This is a shift-based role, working 6.5 hours per day on a rotating weekly pattern: 6:30am–1:30pm and 12:30pm–7:30pm.

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the delivery of a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Assist with play-based activities that promote early development
  • Encourage children’s language, communication, and social skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
