Working alongside the SENDCo and Inclusion Team, the successful Inclusion Support Assistant will support pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they can fully access learning while developing confidence and independence. This role provides excellent preparation for careers in teaching, SEND, Educational Psychology or pastoral leadership.
