A specialist Autism school in London is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their Early Years provision from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to join a supportive and nurturing setting, developing their specialist SEND experience within a highly personalised learning environment.
About the School This specialist school supports pupils with Autism and complex learning needs, providing a structured and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop their communication, independence and confidence.
The school places a strong emphasis on personalised learning, sensory regulation and developing positive relationships with pupils. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism and additional needs.
- Adapt the Early Years curriculum to meet individual learning and communication needs.
- Support pupils' communication, social development, emotional regulation and independence.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and wider multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute towards EHCP outcomes.
- Create a calm, structured and engaging classroom environment. The

- Experience working within Early Years, Primary or SEND settings is desirable.
- A genuine interest in working with children with Autism and complex needs.
- Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning.
- Patient, nurturing and resilient with excellent relationship-building skills.
