The ideal D&T Teaching Assistant will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university, ideally in Design Technology, Product Design, Engineering or a related creative or technical discipline. Previous child-centred experience in a UK educational setting is highly valued. The school is seeking a practical, creative and safety-conscious D&T Teaching Assistant with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for design and making. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Salary and Contract Info:
- £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Full-time, long-term contract from September 2026 to July 2027
- Term-time only
