The role will involve supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, delivering targeted interventions to raise attainment and confidence. You will work with small groups and individual students across a range of subjects, assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom delivery and pupil progress, and support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations. You will contribute positively to the wider school community.
Applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university. Strong GCSE and A-Level results are highly desirable. Previous experience working with young people is advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a genuine passion for education and future teaching aspirations.
