We are seeking an Art & Photography SEN Tutor to support learners up to A-Level Art & Photography, including neurodivergent students who benefit from calm, structured academic support.
A supportive mainstream secondary school in North West London is looking for a capable Art & Photography SEN Tutor to join their ARP from September 2026. This is a long-term, full-time position within an ARP supporting autism, anxiety, and additional learning needs, working closely with one nervous female student who requires consistent reassurance and encouragement.
Role Overview:- Support a student in Art & Photography up to A-Level (ideally A* or A).
- Adapt creative learning tasks to suit individual needs.
- Build confidence, engagement and independence through art-based learning.
- Support neurodivergent learners within a structured ARP environment.
- A-Level Art & Photography (minimum requirement).
- Degree in Art, Photography, Creative Arts, Psychology, Education, or related field (flexible).
- Strong academic ability with a calm, patient and empathetic approach.
- Emotionally intelligent and confident working with neurodivergent students.
- Specialist ARP within a mainstream secondary school.
- Support learners up to A-Level in a creative subject area.
- Weekly PAYE pay with holiday pay included.
