RIBBONS AND REEVES is recruiting a Pastoral Support Manager for an outstanding 11–18 secondary school in Redbridge.

The role is permanent from September 2026 and offers the chance to shape student wellbeing and behaviour across the school.

You will lead a comprehensive pastoral service, work closely with teachers, the Head of School, parents and external agencies, and deliver targeted interventions to help every student reach their full potential.
