RIBBONS AND REEVES are recruiting a committed Behaviour Support Officer for an outstanding 11–18 secondary school in Redbridge.

The role is permanent from September 2026 with salary on the Outer London Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale.

You will support students’ behaviour, achievement and self-esteem by delivering targeted pastoral interventions.

Ideal candidates will have a 2:1 or first-class degree from a UK university and prior experience in a secondary setting.
