The Role Site Manager The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, security and Health & Safety of the school site, while organising and supervising the caretaking and cleaning team.
The Site Manager will:

• Organise and manage the work of the caretaking and cleaning team , including allocating duties and supporting staff with their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Act as a keyholder , carrying out security procedures and opening and closing the school premises when required.
• Complete routine checks of the school buildings, grounds, fencing and gates , arranging or carrying out repairs where necessary.
