We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic STEM Academic Mentor to provide targeted support in Maths and Science up to GCSE level .
STEM Academic Mentor | The Role
Full-Time, long-term STEM Academic Mentor position
Immediate Start
£500+ per week via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay
Deliver targeted Maths and Science support up to GCSE level
Lead 1:1 and small-group mentoring sessions across KS3 and KS4
Identify gaps in knowledge and provide tailored academic support
Help students develop confidence, subject knowledge and independent learning skills

What Were Looking For
A First-Class or 2:1 degree in a relevant STEM subject
Strong academic background, including excellent A-level results
Previous experience working with children or young people
Confidence supporting Maths and Science up to GCSE level
Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
