The successful SEND LSA will play a key role in supporting pupils with complex learning needs, communication difficulties, autism and emotional or behavioural needs . As a SEND LSA, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider SEND team to provide tailored support, helping pupils access learning, develop their independence and build positive relationships within the school environment.
This SEND LSA position offers a rewarding and varied role, with opportunities to provide 1:1 and small-group support , contribute to individual support plans, and help pupils develop their confidence and ability to engage with education.
