What the Role Involves:
- Supporting teachers to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum

What the School is Looking For:
The ideal Secondary LSA will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued, whether gained through schools, tutoring, mentoring, youth work or similar settings. The school is looking for a proactive, compassionate and committed Secondary LSA with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Salary and Contract Info:
- £460 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Full-time, long-term contract (September 2026 - July 2027), term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or an extended contract following a successful placement
