An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism to join the founding team of a brand-new pre-preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is ideal for a Primary PE Teacher who is passionate about early physical development, movement, coordination, confidence-building and nurturing active, joyful learners through a knowledge-rich curriculum.
As a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, strong routines and a deep understanding of child development. You will introduce young learners to the foundations of PE through fundamental movement skills, balance, agility, teamwork, spatial awareness and early games-based learning, ensuring lessons are engaging, structured and age-appropriate within a thoughtfully designed environment.

Who We’re Looking For
- Holds QTS with a strong academic background (PE, Sports Science or related field preferred)
- Has experience in EYFS/KS1 or pre-preparatory settings (essential), or is an ECT with strong academics
- Understands early child development and the foundations of physical literacy
- Values clarity, structure and joyful, knowledge-rich teaching
- Brings warmth, energy and professionalism
