About the Role
As a Sixth Form Academic Mentor, you'll provide academic and pastoral support to students, helping them develop the confidence, resilience and study skills needed to succeed. You'll oversee a dedicated Sixth Form Study Zone with capacity for up to 100 students, creating a calm, purposeful environment where students can work independently and achieve their potential. You'll promote excellent behaviour for learning, monitor attendance, deliver targeted mentoring and interventions, and support university applications, careers guidance, enrichment activities and wider sixth form events, ensuring students are fully prepared for their next steps.
