Sixth Form Mentor - Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor Sixth Form students, providing academic, pastoral and wellbeing support.
- Support attendance, engagement and behaviour through targeted interventions and one-to-one mentoring.
- Guide students through UCAS applications, personal statements, CV writing, apprenticeships and university applications.
- Encourage high aspirations and support students in securing places at leading universities and competitive destinations.
