About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor in Brentwood, you will:
- Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain engaged with their learning
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a calm, positive learning environment
- Support students in completing assigned work and encourage them to work independently
- Establish positive and professional relationships with students
