RIBBONS AND REEVES in Brentwood is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Support Assistant to support a named pupil with additional needs across the school day.

You will implement strategies from the EHCP under SENDCO guidance and help the pupil access the curriculum and participate with peers.

The role is full-time, term-time only, with a long-term Sept 2026–July 2027 contract.

A 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top UK university and strong communication skills are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
