The Role
- Provide 1:1, small-group, and in-class support for pupils struggling with behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Lead restorative conversations to rebuild relationships and return pupils to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to deliver consistent, effective interventions.
- Be a visible presence across the school, proactively supporting pupils before issues escalate. Behaviour Learning Mentor | Who Were Looking For
- A calm, confident, and adaptable individual with genuine interest in behaviour support.
- Experience supporting children with SEMH needs, through school, youth work, mentoring, or similar roles.
- Able to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
