1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Diabetes Trained) – Primary School – Brixton
Location: Brixton, South LondonStart Date: September 2025Contract Type: Full-time, Long-termDaily Rate: £95 – £115 (dependent on experience)
Remedy Recruitment is seeking a skilled and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil with additional needs and Type 1 Diabetes at a welcoming school in Brixton.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN support and be confident in monitoring blood glucose levels, administering insulin (if required), and managing hypo/hyperglycaemic episodes safely and calmly.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 classroom and emotional support

Monitor and manage the pupil's diabetes throughout the school day
