The Role
Site Manager The successful

will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security and general upkeep of the school site.
The
Site Manager
will:
Ensure the school premises are
safe, secure, clean and well maintained . Carry out general maintenance, repairs and basic DIY where required. Coordinate contractors and oversee external works and servicing. Complete routine health and safety, security and site checks. Manage site-related issues efficiently and respond to emergencies when required. Support the school in maintaining a welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. Who We Are Looking For We are keen to hear from an experienced
Site Manager , caretaker, premises officer or facilities professional with strong practical skills and a proactive approach.
The ideal

will be organised, dependable and confident working independently, while also being a positive and approachable member of the school team.
