What We're Looking For
The ideal Head of Maths will have:
- UK QTS or equivalent
- Strong experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Previous leadership experience, or experience as a second-in-department/lead practitioner ready to progress
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of curriculum and assessment
- High expectations of students and colleagues
- A passion for Mathematics and student achievement
