We are working in partnership with a spectacular secondary school in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, to appoint a Geography Teacher for an immediate start, initially until July 2026, with the potential to become permanent.

Position: Geography Teacher (Qualified or Unqualified)
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time (until July 2026 initially)
Salary: Qualified: MPS/UPS (Fringe) | Unqualified: Competitive daily rate / unqualified scale
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Route:
PGCE in Geography with QTS
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
Ability to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Unqualified Route:
Degree in Geography
Minimum 1st or 2:1 classification
Degree from a Russell Group university or Top 20 UK university
Clear ambition to train as a teacher (PGCE/QTS)
Experience working with young people is desirable
